A 30-level, $181m luxury residential tower in Brisbane by Cbus Property comprising 125 premium apartments. Designed by Rothelowman and being built by Hutchinson Builders.

Cbus Property engaged Neoscape, where I worked as Project Director before founding Newberry & Co. In that role, I personally oversaw detailed design coordination and the finalisation of a lump-sum price and D&C scope with head contractor Hutchinson Builders via a negotiated ECI process. Development and authority approvals were secured to commence site works and deliver a display suite. Ongoing administration of the D&C head contract requirements was a key requirement of my role.
