Storage King, Hope Island

This project involved planning a new two-storey building on Abacus Storage King's existing site at Hope Island on the Gold Coast, adding around 6,000m² of new gross floor area. Designed by Bones Studio.

Abacus engaged Neoscape, where I worked as Project Director before founding Newberry & Co. In my role, I personally worked alongside the planning and design consultants to prepare the construction tender package and worked with a preferred D&C head contractor through an informal ECI period.
