Toowoomba City Childcare, Margaret St

Bask Early Learning's Toowoomba City centre is expanding into the adjacent heritage building, Culzean House, adding 48 childcare places, designed by Black Ink Architecture.

The Early Contractor Involvement phase of this project was completed by Neoscape, where I worked as Project Director before founding Newberry & Co. In that role, I personally steered the project through this early phase — refining the design, establishing cost certainty, and optimising the delivery strategy.
