King St, Brisbane

King St is a retail precinct within the RNA Showgrounds redevelopment in Brisbane, delivered as part of the wider $6B development partnership between Lendlease and RNA.

I worked as Assistant Development Manager within the Lendlease Urban Regeneration on the retail tenancies within the King St precinct. In that role, I coordinated the planning, design and delivery of the first six retail tenancies across the Kingsgate/K1, Greens and Yards developments — sequencing design and staged rollout across the precinct while the wider development remained under construction and progressively opening for trade.
