Zarraffas Drive-thru, Logan Central

This project delivered a new freestanding Zarraffa's drive-thru coffee outlet built on a pad site within the car park of Logan Central Plaza for Retail First. The defining challenge was the setting — construction inside a live, trading centre while keeping vehicles and pedestrians moving safely around the works at all times. Designed by Medhurst and built by Echo Projects.

This project was delivered by Neoscape, where I worked as Project Director before founding Newberry & Co. In that role, I oversaw the design coordination, tender and appointment of head contractor, and superintendency of construction through to delivery.
