Storage King, Kunda Park

This project redevelops part of Abacus Storage King's existing complex at Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast — demolishing part of the current facility to make way for a new three-storey storage building delivering around 6,000m² of new gross floor area on the established site. Designed by Bones Studio.

It is being delivered by Neoscape, where I worked as Project Director before founding Newberry & Co. In that role, I managed the consultant team engagements and progressed the design documentation to finalise a coordinated tender package release to market.
