Thornton St, Surfers Paradise

Thornton Street is a proposed 27-storey, 122-unit luxury residential development in Surfers Paradise by Jinding, on a tightly constrained Gold Coast site shaped by mature Norfolk Pines and a demanding basement-to-podium interface. Neoscape were engaged to submit an updated DA design submission. In my role as Project Director, I oversaw this process which was aimed at lifting yield, adding car parking, and improving resident amenity.
