West Brassall Shopping Centre is a greenfield neighbourhood centre in Brassall, Ipswich, developed by Fabcot — anchored by a 4,000m² Woolworths supermarket alongside 14 specialty tenancies. It was designed by Thomson Adsett and built by Insitu Group as D&C contractor, with Shadforth delivering the surrounding road and civil infrastructure upgrades.
This project was delivered by Neoscape, where I oversaw the Superintendency and Tenancy Coordination roles — holding the D&C builder to the detailed Client brief requirements and opening program. Key deliverables were interfacing with Woolworths as anchor tenant, and leading tenancy coordination: managing tenancy design, assisting with council approvals, delivering Category 1 works for incoming tenants, and facilitating fitout with specialist contractors.
