Dawn, Walloon

Dawn is a master planned community at Walloon, Queensland for ID_Land — approximately 1,800 residential lots shaped around a rehabilitated waterway corridor and anchored by the $5m Daybreak Park.

ID_Land engaged Neoscape, where I worked as Project Director before founding Newberry & Co, to provide project management services for 18 months. My personal involvement comprised driving the design and construction deliverables, including the delivery of six stages totalling around 250 lots. Facilitating bulk earthworks and waterway strategies and obtaining Council approvals and infrastructure upgrade agreements for the Western Precinct balance of lots.
