Portside Wharf underwent a $20m retail and public realm revitalisation of Brookfield Properties' waterfront precinct at Hamilton. Stage 1 of works involved the delivery of two key tenancies – Rise Bakery at the entry, and FOSH restaurant at the river end of the precinct.
This project was delivered by Neoscape, where I worked as Project Director before founding Newberry & Co. In my role, I oversaw the design management and development approval through Economic Development Queensland and managed the delivery of the D&C construction works by Unita.
